General Questions
What is MakeEasy?
MakeEasy is an online grocery store that delivers fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, and pantry essentials directly to your doorstep.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all over Karachi. We’re expanding to more cities soon.
What are your delivery timings?
We deliver 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can choose your preferred delivery slot at checkout.
What is the delivery process?
Flat rate Rs. 200.
What are your delivery charges?
We do same day deliveries for all orders received before 6pm. No orders are delivered on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday are delivered on Monday Morning. Delivery timings are between 10pm-8pm. We don’t commit to any specific time for delivery.
Are the vegetables washed?
All vegetables (pre-cut and whole) are washed before being packed. If any item is sent unwashed it will be tagged ‘unwashed’.
For how long can I store your vegetables?
As all vegetables are freshly cut on delivery day we recommend same day use only.
What if there are any issues in my order?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, in case there is any issue please leave us a message we will get back to you as soon as possible.
